Perceptions and Attitudes of Women in Managerial Positions in Local Media

The Business Association of Independent and Local Media “Lokal Pres” presents a research study conducted as part of the project Support Network – Women Managers’ Plenum in Local Media.

The study aims to collect and analyze data on the perceptions and attitudes of women in managerial positions in local media in Serbia. It provides insights into the challenges and opportunities faced by women in roles such as directors, owners, and/or editors, shedding light on key aspects of gender equality in the Serbian media sector.
